Date Changes to OSHA’s Silica Standard for Construction
The compliance date for the OSHA’s Construction Silica Standard has been postponed to September 23, 2017. It was originally slated to begin this month on June 23rd. OSHA is pushing the date back to work on providing additional guidance to employers.
