Online training does have a place in today’s busy world; however, CCI always recommends in-class, instructor-led training whenever possible. We believe in-class training is the most effective, and research supports the fact that this type of learning is better for and longer retained by the attendees.  CCI trainers will provide multi-faceted, hands-on, interactive training that your employees will easily understand and immediately put to use. We can provide training monthly, quarterly, annually, or as needed, and we can bring our expertise to your site for convenience and less downtime. We understand the time and the costs involved with keeping your employees trained. Therefore, we continually refine our training to ensure that what we teach is understood by all participants, regardless of their educational background or position within your organization.

However, we understand that in-person training isn’t always the best solution for every circumstance. In this case, take a look at our virtual, instructor-led solutions.
